Keep Calm Craft On {crafting on}

The act of creating, in one form or another, preserves my sanity amongst the chaos of life. This explains why I always have more than one project going at a time as well as why my housework tends to fall behind. I enjoy seeing what others are working on and keeping calm with, too. What are you creating? What is keeping you going? Snap a picture or two and share it with the rest of us by leaving your link below.

KCCO - Peter Rabbit (Maggie Rabbit) for Little L and C's birthday dress KCCO - K's current project. Her first test knit!
I have been so preoccupied lately that I completely forgot that Easter comes weeks sooner than C's birthday this year and I have nothing prepared for the children(!). So C's nearly completed birthday dress is being set aside while I work on some new Maggie Rabbits. C and K have literally loved theirs to pieces (again) over the past year so I am making new ones for them. Little L will finally get one of his own. I am modeling his after Peter Rabbit and hope to knit his rabbit a little blue sweater to complete the look.

But in much more exciting news - you see that knitting above? That is K's current project. She is participating in her very first test knit! Thank you, thank you Taryn for allowing her to do so. She is really excited about the whole thing and taking it very seriously. This pattern makes a great handwork project for homeschooling, too.

What are you working on?! Happy creating!

If you would like to link up and share your current works in progress (or finished works) please leave your link below. It can now be either to your specific blog post, instagram or Flickr photo. There are no rules, only that your link is current and something about a craft project (of any kind) you are working on. Don't forget that there is now a KCCO Flickr group for you to share your crafting photos at anytime.

Please remember to link back here so that others who may want to join KCCO can find us.

It's as simple as that. Remember your post can be from any day of the week, it doesn't have to be today. We all love feedback so if you have a moment please leave a comment on some of the KCCO posts you may visit. I know from my own experience just how much your comments really motivate me! Now please share and inspire us all!

i love those little bunnies.
I love the bunny you are making. If must be a fun project to make. Thanks so much for hosting such a wonderful link party.
Miss Maggie Rabbit is so cute! I really, really want to make some. That is a great idea to dress one like Peter Rabbit. I've had some similar thoughts for an Easter rabbit for my little boy - he loves Peter Rabbit. Easter is sneaking up on me, too - I have plans, but I need to get busy! : )
Such a sweet bunny!!
What an adorable rabbit. And the details, like the shoes and cape, are just precious!
Wow, it's pretty impressive to be a test-knitter at the mere age of nine! I can understand that it's being taken seriously ;) Good luck with it all!
