Keep Calm Craft On {crafting on}

The act of creating, in one form or another, preserves my sanity amongst the chaos of life. This explains why I always have more than one project going at a time as well as why my housework tends to fall behind. I enjoy seeing what others are working on and keeping calm with, too. What are you creating? What is keeping you going? Snap a picture or two and share it with the rest of us by leaving your link below.

My knitting to-do list is truly far too long for me to ever accomplish yet I can't help but add more projects to it. I finished up the knitting portion of Baby F's bee hat and now I just need to embroider on the bee. On a whim I decided instead to cast on a pair of socks for myself after seeing some beautiful yarn that has been sitting on a shelf far too long out of the corner of my eye. Of course after the idea got into my head, I couldn't find my size 1 sock needles. I spent far too much of my day searching for them to no avail. I have no idea where they could have gone to. They were last used to knit baby socks. It's driving me bananas because knitting with random needles of different lengths is just pure madness. But I really can't justify buying a new set of needles right now so I guess it is what it is. Back to tearing the house apart.

What are you working on? Happy creating!
